CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Joseph Gonzalez, 19, is wanted on outstanding warrants for a felony probation violation and interfering with an electronic monitoring device after he cut off the device on May 15.
Gonzalez was ordered to wear the device on December 21, 2013 during his probation for robbery and conspiracy offenses.
Gonzalez was last seen on Central Avenue.
