ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police say a traffic stop in Rock Hill ended in a drug arrest. Β Officers say they witnessed 57-year-old Vincent Hickman driving erratically on Crawford Road. Β
Officers pulled over Hickman’s vehicle. Β Hickman was asked to step out of the vehicle because officers could smell alcohol. Β During their search, they found eight bags of heroin inside his shorts. Β
Investigators say Hickman has 12 previous drug convictions. Β He is now facing charges for possession with the intent to distribute heroin. Β
