Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest In Rock Hill

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police say a traffic stop in Rock Hill ended in a drug arrest.  Officers say they witnessed 57-year-old Vincent Hickman driving erratically on Crawford Road.

Officers pulled over Hickman’s vehicle.  Hickman was asked to step out of the vehicle because officers could smell alcohol.  During their search, they found eight bags of heroin inside his shorts.

Investigators say Hickman has 12 previous drug convictions.  He is now facing charges for possession with the intent to distribute heroin.
