SHELBY, N.C. —Β Police are looking for the person who shot a 13-year-old boy in the back around 10:30 p.m. Monday. Β Β
The boy is being treated at the hospital. Β Β
We’re told that after the boy was shot, he ran to a home on the corner of Tracy Street and Sherrill Place to get help. Β Β
Police aren’t releasing his name and aren’t saying if he knew his shooter. Β
