ROCK HILL, SC — Texas Governor Rick Perry made a stop in Rock Hill Wednesday to talk job creation and economic development. He was joined by South Carolina congressman Mick Mulvaney.
The two visited Physician’s Choice Laboratory Services for a tour and a roundtable discussion. Perry says South Carolina has put business-growth policies in place to make it more competitive with other states.
We also asked Perry about his future political plans. “We’ll make a decision sometime in 2015 whether or not we’re gonna run for the Presidency,” he said. “But until we do that, we’re gonna continue to travel across America, talking about a little red state, blue state competition, how those red state governors are doing a great job of creating wealth.”
Perry will be in North Carolina next month, for pleasure. He’s attending a wedding in Wilmington in August.
