SALISBURY, N.C. – Rowan County Investigators are looking for Matthew Damion Parham of China Grove who they say cut off his electronic monitor somewhere near A.L. Brown High School in Kannapolis. N.C. probation officers recovered the monitoring device.
Twenty-Two year old Parham is a registered sex offender and is also wanted on two counts of felony larceny for stealing lawnmowers.
Investigators obtained warrants today for Parham for interfering with an electronic monitoring device and failing to notify a change of address for a sex offender.
Parham had previously made statements that he was not coming back to Rowan County. His last known address was 3520 Old Beatty Ford Road in China Grove.
