CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are looking for a man that opened fire near a north Charlotte bus stop.
The shooting happened around 10 a.m. near a CATS bus stop on Norris Avenue. Authorities have not said what led to the shooting. Medic says one person was taken to Carolinas Medical Center with life threatening injuries.
That victim’s name has not been released at this time.
Police say the shooting suspect was last seen driving a black scooter headed towards Statesville Avenue off of Norris Avenue. Anyone with information in regards to the shooting or the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers or 911.
