100,000 Ford Vehicles Recalled

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Ford has recalled about 100,000 cars and trucks. The automobile manufacture says most of the cars had an axle problem that can either prevent the car from starting or essentially shift the car into neutral when it’s on the road. If the parking break isn’t engaged, stopped cars can roll.

The Taurus, the Interceptor, the Flex and the Edge from model years 2012 to 2014 are affected models.

Two hundred 2014 Ford Fiestas had potential gas tank leaks that could cause a fire.
