CHARLOTTE, N.C. — It’s an all new The Good, The Bad and The Weird!
The Good — A Vietnam vet who lost both legs has been trying to get the VA to give him a new wheelchair for two years because his keeps breaking.
So when he was shopping at a Lowe’s hardware store his chair broke down again. That’s when the Lowe’s employees grabbed a bunch of parts, and spent 45 minutes working on it. They even covered the cost of all the parts.
The Bad — Venezuela’s largest airport is now imposing a new travel fee, a “breathing tax!” The extra $20 is to pay for a new air conditioning unit installed at the airport earlier this year.
The Weird — Lay’s just introduced this year’s round of experimental potato chip flavors and these are way weird! Cheddar bacon mac and cheese, wasabi ginger, mango salsa and cappuccino are a few of the new flavors.
