BOONE, NC– Police arrested a 25-year-old man after reports surfaced that he inappropriately touched a 3-year-old.
After an investigation, Watauga County Sheriff deputies arrested Timothy Blake Hampton from Zionville, North Carolina.
Authorities charged Hampton with one count of first degree attempted sex offense and one count of indecent liberties with a child.
Hampton is currently being held on a $350,000 bond, his court date is scheduled for September 24th.
