CLOVER, S.C. — Police say they have arrest warrants out for a York County couple after a domestic related argument in Clover. Detectives say a man was assaulted with a concrete block.
The victim claims he was pushed to the ground and hit on the head with the concrete block. Investigators believe the two men were fighting over a woman.
Police have not released the names of the suspects at this time.
