CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Multiple fire engines are on the scene of a 2-alarm business fire in north Charlotte. Fire officials say they were called to an auto body shop in the 3200 block of North Tryon Street just after 8 p.m. When they arrived on scene, they found the business fully engulfed by flames and heavy smoke was showing.
It took 60 firefighters to extinguish the flames.
Officials have not determined a cause or an estimate in damages at this time. No injuries were reported.
