SEATTLE (AP) β Bartolo Colon (bar-TOH’-loh koh-LOHN’), who was 41 the last time anybody checked, lost a bid for a perfect game in the seventh inning in the Mets 3-2 win over the Mariners. Colon set down the first 20 batters he faced before Robinson Cano (kan-OH’) singled in the seventh.
