CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The man who police found near a crashed car on the 4400 block of Tillman Road Thursday has been identified as Darrius Fuller.
Fuller was taken to CMC by medic around 1 a.m. where he died. Detectives believe that Fuller was previously in the crashed car and knew the shooter.
They searched the neighborhood for any witnesses with information. What led to the shooting is still under investigation.
Police say they were able to collect physical evidence from the scene.
