
UNION COUNTY, N.C. — Dale Frankenberg, 19 and Cody Berry, 22, were arrested Thursday morning after committing a string of business and residential break-ins.
The two broke into Southside Auto and Take Aim Training, both on Pageland Highway. They also broke into Midway Baptist Church on Olive Branch Road.
The men were charged with first and second degree burglary after breaking into a home on Pageland Highway and Austin Chaney Lane.
Police recovered numerous pieces of stolen property. Three car break-ins also cleared with the arrests.
Frankenberg and Berry were charged with first degree burglary, three counts of felony breaking and entering, breaking and entering a place of worship, second degree burglary, five counts of larceny after breaking and entering, three counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny.
Berry is under a $250,000 secured bond and Frankenberg is under a $50,000 secured bond. Both have a first court appearance on August 26.
