Charlotte Dad Arrested On Child Abuse Charges

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested a man on child abuse charges after he son was taken to Presbyterian Hospital with serious injuries.  

Investigators say Scott Moss confessed to shaking the 2-month-old.  Moss is facing felony child abuse charges.
