UPDATE: Police have charged 18-year-old Eric Sloan Jr. for the murder of Felicia Clinkscale. Β He is currently in police custody and will be transported to the Mecklenburg County Jail once he is finished being interviewed by homicide detectives.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a domestic related argument left a woman dead in Charlotte. Β
Investigators say Felicia Clinkscale was shot by someone she knew while she was sitting inside a vehicle on Columbus Circle in west Charlotte. Β
Police say the victim’s boyfriend drive Clinkscale to a local hospital where she later died from her injuries. Β No arrests have been made at this time. Β
