Β CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Β When it comes to the world of inventors, the Inpex International Inventors Awards are the Super Bowl. Β There were a number of locals who were invited to participate in the competition. Β A few came home with medals and ideas about improving their products.
Β Β Β I met up with Javier Ponce and his nephew Abraham who came home with three gold medals and a number of future business opportunities to consider. Β After years of tweaking, the pair were invited to Inpex in Pittsburgh where they wowed the judges as well as their competitors with their Omega Generator.
