CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are looking for three suspects who are accused of robbing a convenience store and firing a shot at an employee in west Charlotte.
Investigators say the men entered Jerry’s Mini Mart on Mt. Holly Road, robbed the business at gunpoint and then fired a shot at one of the employees after exiting the business. Police say the employee returned fire but no one was injured.
The suspects were last seen leaving the business on foot in an unknown direction. All three suspects are described as black males in their early 20’s with an average height and build. All three suspects covered their faces during the robbery.
