CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — Police arrested Charles Lanier, 23 and Victoria Boulware, 31, after police received a tip that a possible meth lab was located at 135 Gregg Avenue.
Police entered the residence where Lanier and Boulware were and found meth lab paraphernalia. Police say they have had meth lab activity at this location before.
The two were interviewed by the Narcotics Unit and arrested without incident. They were taken to Chester County Detention Center andΒ charged with attempt and conspiracy to possess a substance.
