CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CMPD issued 30 charges during a DWI checkpoint Saturday night on the 7000 block of Providence Road.
The charges were 9 – DWI, 3 – DWLR, 4 – NOL, 3 – open container, 6 – registration violation, 1 – other traffic violation, 2 – misdemeanor drug violation, 1 – other misdemeanor charges and 1 – wanted person.
