The victim sustained minor burns on his chest and neck. Β Police say the video was posted on Facebook on July 29th. Β A few days later, Youth Crime detectives were notified by DSS and immediately began an investigation. Β

Facebook has recognized the danger in this activity and has removed similar videos from their site to avoid copycats. Β CMPD says they discourage this activity due to the extreme danger it poses to everyone involved and take all complaints seriously. Β
