CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are searching for a robbery suspect after he is accused of cutting off his court ordered electronic monitoring device.
Investigators say Odell Smallwood was last seen on 11th Street in Uptown on August 10th.
He was ordered to wear the electronic device during his pretrial release for robbery and felony firearm offenses.
Anyone with information on Smallwood’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
