Β CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Β Amy Newman averaged 60+ hours a week working her way up the professional ladder. Β Introduced to golf by her boyfriend, over time she has managed to find balance and peace in all facets of her life by spending time on the links.
Β Β Β Because of this, she has been announced as the only female member of Mizuno’s Team JPX “Play Famously” program. Β Members of that contest submit an essay about what golf means to them. Β The group will get together for a tournament in September, and Amy hopes this could be the beginning of a new chapter in her life.
