We’re not going to show you the entire video, because you know what happens. The deadly run-in between Tony Stewart’s car and driver Kevin Ward Jr., who jumped out to confront Tony for crashing him. But you might have noticed something interesting. The revving engine, the swerve. A half-dozen other cars passed by without a problem. And then came Tony.
Of course, plenty of people point out that Ward contributed to the situation by getting out of his car and trying to confront Stewart. He was dressed in black during a night race. But the track is lit, and the other drivers passed by. And then there’s the rev, and the swerve.
So should Stewart face any charges?
