FERGUSON, Mo. — Protesters are rallying for 18-year-old Michael Brown this morning. He’s the unarmed black teen who was shot and killed by a white police officer in Suburban, St. Louis.

There are now demands for the officer who shot him to be fired and charged with murder. Witnesses say Brown was unarmed and his hands were in the air when he was killed Saturday. There are now new safety concerns in the city because of violent protests.

It was another night of violent clashes between police and protesters in Ferguson. Police fired tear gas at a crowd Wednesday night after what started as a peaceful protest turned to rocks and molotov cocktails being thrown at officers. WCCB’s Karin Caifa has the story.
