CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The TSA is warning passengers heading to Charlotte Douglas to leave the guns at home. Agents have confiscated 28 guns Β at the airport so far this year, compared to 27 for all of last year.
This week someone had a loaded gun in their carry-on bag. Another person tried to get bullets through security. People caught with banned items could be fined up to $11,000.
