
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Wanted 30-year-old Raphael White turned himself in Saturday for the murder of Bias Easley.
White was charged with murder and taken to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.
Trevor white was charged with felony accessory after the fact. He turned himself in on July 14.
Easley, 27, was shot outside the High Meadow condos on Farmhurst Drive in June. Easley’s father told WCCB that his son had an argument with his killer the day before the murder.
