Trio Arrested In Rowan County Double Break In

 ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — Three people were arrested Thursday after breaking into a home on Patterson Road in Salisbury and another home on Weaver Road in China Grove.

Deputies said when they pulled up to the residence, he saw two men run from the house. A dark Honda accord was also seen parked at the home.

Jhmere Daniels, 25 of Kannapolis, was charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering and one count of felony larceny. He was placed under a $50,000 secured bond.

Katerious Oaks, 25 of Concord, was charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering and one county of felony larceny. Oaks was placed under a $25,000 secured bond.

Amber Smith, 28 or Concord, was charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny, driving while license revoked, simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was placed under a $25,000 secured bond.

The three were placed in the Rowan County Detention Center.

Daniels was previously involved in residential break-ins and was on probation. Oakes was arrested in March for felony child abuse.
