A pageant mom in Florida is accused of feeding her daughter tapeworms to slim her down for a competition. An ER nurse says the woman admitted to buying the tapeworm eggs from Mexico when the girl screamed over a toilet filled with writhing worms. So far the mother hasn’t been criminally charged.
