CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Detectives charged 20-year-old Michael Stephon Lineberger for the murder of 26-year-old Kevin Crosson Sunday night. Lineberger is charged with murder and firearm by felon.
TheΒ shooting happened at the Claremont Apartments on Coliseum Drive just before 9 a.m. Sunday.
Police say they received a call regarding a fight and found 26-year-old Kevin Crosson shot when they arrived.
Crosson was taken to CMC by medic where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives believe Crosson knew his shooter and the two were in a domestic dispute.
