It’s all the buzz this week: former Charlotte Mayor Patrick Cannon is already convicted of corruption in a plea deal, and could face sentencing next week. And since part of punishment is rehabilitation, the judge is going to look him in the eyes and try to figure out how Cannon really feels about his admitted misdeeds.
