CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Former Charlotte Mayor Patrick Cannon will be sentenced in Federal court in September.
Court records indicate Cannon will be in court on September 25th for his sentencing hearing. Cannon admitted he accepted bribes and pleaded guilty to honest services wire fraud.
He was arrested in March and could face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
