A grandpa’s care package for his jail bird grandson earned him a spot in jail. Somehow he thought it was a great idea to smuggle pot into prison. The grandson had been locked up for about two years on a burglary conviction and had eight more years to go. Guards got a tip about the drugs and questioned the 85-year-old grandfather, who handed the drugs over. He now faces up to seven years in prison. But he’s 85. Should they just let him go?
