New technology could soon mean that there’s nothing in your head that other people couldn’t know about. Β
Call it “technological telepathy.” Β a team of neuroscientists claims to have succeeded in sending the thoughts of one person to another person 5,000 miles away. Β They were just one word thoughts, but still! Β
The process is too complicated to explain, but involved some sensors on the heads of both participants, the Internet, and a kind of Morse code. Β The short and sweet is: we’ve sent a message in brain waves from one person to another.
Which means it could just be a matter of time before the process is refined, and we’re all reading each other’s thoughts. Β It would be one thing for you to read other people’s minds, but with this technology, they could read yours, too.
And since we can’t read minds, we hit the streets a little earlier to find out if you think that’s such a good idea…
