CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Raise awareness for people with disabilities while getting a good laugh. That’s the focus of the “Learn and Laugh with Will Marfori” event at the Comedy Zone this week.
Comedian Will Marfori hasn’t let cerebral palsy stop him from achieving his dreams in the entertainment business.
He’s performing at the benefit show Wednesday and has teamed up with Disability Rights and Resources.
The group’s executive director, Julia Sain, says people can determine their quality of life by deciding how they are going to handle their disability.
