CONCORD, N.C. – The North Carolina Supreme Court will hear arguments today over whether Charlotte Motor Speedway should be able to sue Cabarrus County.
At issue is whether the speedway should get 8 million dollars in tax breaks offered by county officials.
The 135,000 seat track is located in Cabarrus County.
