UNION COUNTY, S.C. — Police captured an inmate around 5:30 p.m. Sunday after he escaped hours earlier from Anson County.
Police say they were notified of the escape and were able to locate the suspect’s vehicle at a CVS in Monroe.
The man was arrested and taken back to Anson County Sunday night.
