Update: Police say the missing teen was found Saturday morning.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police need help locating a missing Charlotte teenager. Β Officials say 13-year-old Tayviona Vandiver was last seen on September 5th at her residence. Β
Police believe she is possibly in the areas of Albemarle Road, Reddman Road, Farm Pond Road, Central Avenue, Sharon Amity or the Charlotte Transit Center. Β
Investigators also believe Vandiver is possibly in the company of older adults and or teenagers. Β Any adult located with her has a possibility of being charged criminally for her delinquency. Β
Anyone with information on Vandiver’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
