NEWTON, N.C. — An autopsy report revealed that High School Counselor Maggie Daniels was strangled to death inside her apartment June 27.
Medical examiners also say Daniels was raped and sodomized repeatedly.
Daniel’s neighbor, Sharman Odom, is charged with her murder. He faces the death penalty if convicted.
