CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police need help locating an alleged rape suspect. Investigators are searching for 39-year-old Manuel Ayala Carias.
He is wanted for 2nd degree rape. Police are not releasing any additional information about this suspect. If you see Carias, call police immediately.
