CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Tobias Ray Partlow, 20, turned himself in for the murder of 22-year-old Daqualous Lynch-Latter, police say.
A warrant was issued for Partlow’s arrest Thursday night.
Police say Partlow shot and killed Lynch-Latter on the 4800 block of Tuckaseegee Road around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Medic took Lynch-Latter to CMC where he was pronounced dead. No word on what led to the shooting.
