LANCASTER, S.C. — Police are searching for a person of interest in a Lancaster homicide. Β Investigators say the victim was found face down in the back yard of a home on High Lane. Β
The homeowners called police because they heard people fighting in their yard but they said they did not know the individuals. Β Officers pronounced the victim dead on the scene once they arrived. Β
Police are searching for Carmen Mendez Martinez AKA Faulstino Peralta. Β His last know address is 1028 Sara Drive in Lancaster.Β
