LANCASTER, S.C. — Police are searching for a person of interest in a Lancaster homicide. Investigators say the victim was found face down in the back yard of a home on High Lane.
The homeowners called police because they heard people fighting in their yard but they said they did not know the individuals. Officers pronounced the victim dead on the scene once they arrived.
Police are searching for Carmen Mendez Martinez AKA Faulstino Peralta. His last know address is 1028 Sara Drive in Lancaster.
