UNDATED (AP) β€” The first of four postseason baseball games today has Detroit at Baltimore during the day with the Orioles up 1-0 in the best-of-five series. The other ALDS contest has Kansas City at Los Angeles with the Royals coming off an extra-inning win in the opener.

UNDATED (AP) β€” The day game in the National League has San Francisco opening up its best-of-five series at Washington. The other NLDS contest features a great pitching matchup with Los Angeles and 21-game winner Clayton Kershaw hosting St. Louis and 20-game winner Adam Wainwright.

PROVO, Utah (AP) β€” There’s one top-25 college football game tonight with number-18 BYU, at 4-0, taking on 2-2 Utah State. BYU has won the last three games between the in-state rivals.

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) β€” There was a big upset in college football last night as Arizona stunned second-rated Oregon 31-24. Terris Jones-Grigsby scored the tiebreaking touchdown with 2:54 left, plowing into the end zone from a yard out. The Ducks fall to 4-1. The Wildcats are 5-0.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) β€” Turning to the NFL, Green Bay has improved to 3-2 with a 42-7 win over Minnesota. Julius Peppers returned an interception 49 yards for a touchdown and Aaron Rodgers threw for three scores as the Vikings fall to 2-3.
