CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A water main break in south Charlotte is causing traffic problems.
Police say a contractor hit a water main on the outer loop of Interstate 485 near Johnson Road Friday morning. No lanes have been blocked but traffic is backed up in the area.
Crews are currently making repairs to the pipe.
