CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police made an arrest in a north Charlotte shooting. Investigators say Tyrone Pinnix shot a man Friday morning on Prosperity Church Road.
Police believe the victim and Pinnix were involved in an altercation at a convenience store before the shooting took place.
Pinnix was arrested Tuesday morning and has been charged with attempted first degree murder and conspiracy. The victim has life threatening injuries.
