STATESVILLE, N.C. — Police need your help identifying a robbery suspect in Statesville. Β
Investigators say the clerk at Kangaroo on Safriet Road was inside the office preparing a deposit bag when the suspect demanded the money, grabbed the bag and left the store on foot. Β
The suspect was last seen wearing black clothing with a red shirt or towel covering their face. Β Anyone with information on this robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-662-1340.
