CHARLOTTE, NC– Stanly County Sheriff’s arrested a teen for sexually assaulting a juvenile Tuesday.
Sheriff’s say after investigation authorities collected enough evidence to positively identify Joshua Jay Clark, 19, as the perpetrator who raped a juvenile.
Clark from Midland, NC, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Rape and is being held on a $20,000 bond.
Clark is scheduled to appear in court on October 13th.
