KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) β€” The upstart Kansas City Royals return home Monday night to a raucous Kauffman Stadium as they try to take a 3-0 lead over Baltimore in the ALCS. SEATTLE (AP) β€” The Dallas Cowboys went on the road and knocked off the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks 30-23 to improve their record to 5-1. DeMarco Murray ran for 115 yards, including the go-ahead 15-yard TD with 3:16 left. The Cowboys are the first team outside the NFC West to win at Seattle since 2011.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP)β€” Baltimore’s Joe Flacco (FLAK’-oh) came out firing, tossing four TD passes in the first quarter of the Ravens’ 48-17 rout of Tampa Bay. Flacco ended the day passing for 306 yards and five scores for the 4-2 Ravens, who scored on six straight possessions to begin the game, with Flacco throwing for TDs on the first five.
