CHARLOTTE, NC — The man accused of killing Bianca Tanner is expected to learn Thursday if he’ll face the death penalty is he’s convicted.
Angelo Grayson Smith, Jr. has a Rule 24 hearing. He’s charged with first degree murder. Police say Smith killed tanner who was his girlfriend, then dumped her body in southwest Charlotte before reporting the teacher missing in June.
